Hundreds of athletes and prominent sports figures have been enshrined in the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame in its 60 years of existence. None of them found out about their upcoming induction in the manner than Brandon Stokley did.
The Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame Induction Celebrations began in Natchitoches in 1972, and so appropriately, the 2018 festivities are going retro Friday, June 29.
The four-person scramble format includes an option to form a three-golfer group teamed with a Louisiana sports star, including Hall of Fame members.
